Ariel Gail
Professor Gail S. Goodman has been an outstanding professor of psychology since 1993 and director of the Center for Public Policy Research, University of California Davis. She has been widely recognized for her pioneering work in studying child witnesses and eyewitness memories within legal contexts. Professor Goodman has published widely she has received grants from numerous sources and has been awarded numerous national and international distinctions. She consults with numerous governments and agencies across the world on policies and research on child victimization in the court system. Additionally, she provides consultant for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center. (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She is a fellow of several professional organizations, such as those of the Association for Psychological Science and the American Psychological Association (Divisions Experimental Psychology Developmental Psychology Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues Society for Child and Family Policy and Practice American Psychology-Law Society Psychological Psychology of Traumatic Stress and Women 56). She is the founder of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, the Psychonomics Society Society for Research into Child Development as well as the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She served as president of the The American Psychological Association's Developmental Division division, Division American Psychology Law Society and Division Society for Family and Child Policies and Practice.
